[Resolved] Idea Sim activation — Unable to get InComing calls & Unable to make OutGoing calls

I bought a new SIM in Bangalore, In last week it was activated on 27 of sep. But still I am unable to make any calls to any one and even I am unable to get incoming calls as well. I have call to [protected] no as well on 1 st oct to raise complaint they told we have raised request on your no ([protected]). It will be resolved within 24 hours but still it was not activated. Can you please clear me what is the problem. Why I am unable to get any call as well as unable make any calls.
