[Resolved]  Idea — Sim blocked and non co operation of customer care excecutive

My sim no [protected] has temporarily blocked.I have received a message from IDEA on Thursday that please submit your documents to ur nearest retailer for verification and my no has been blocked on Saturday.Even Ur company have not given enough time to me.I have already submitted all the documents during the purchase of sim then why I should resubmit? I am using this no during 18 months over.As a customer I am facing lots of problem, can't contact anybody.I have visited at birati customer care shop(opposite of Sidweswari Mandir) 2 times. but the executive of that shop was not co operating and entertaining.
