[Resolved] Idea — voicemail number unknown (need help) | |
Just got a notification saying 'New Voicemail. Voicemail Number Unknown.' and when i click it, it takes me to voicemail setting in which it says 'Voice Number, (Not Set) i set it to 123 but it's not the voicemail number called idea customer care but they told me that's this is not what they give service for. how can i listen to my voicemail in idea? Waiting on a very important call and my phone didnt ring, was wanting to know if anyone can help me access my voicemail so i can get this? Was this information helpful? | |

I have this same issue. Please help with voice mail unknown problem.
I am facing same issue, i called 198, executive said clear cache and data of phone service app, i did that, but still same showing, please do the need full
