[Resolved] Idea — without intimation changing the postpaid to prepaid connection | |||
I have never seen this type of service from idea they doesn't know how to treat their customers. I got a call from retention team regarding the ret ul 299 plan for the numbers 95*4101, 95*2101 on 7th may'2018. 95*4101 was disconnected and showing no service message on mobile person who is using that number is a pregnant lady its very difficult to contact her. The person whom i spoke has changed the plan and i got confirmation mails for both the numbers, later around 8:49 pm again i got a mail stating that postpaid migration to prepaid for number 95*4101 but i didnot ask for prepaid migration as i'm getting better offer 299 plan. I want that offer plan 299 for number 9595*41014101, because that was not my mistake completely blunder from idea. Was this information helpful? | |||

As per our communication, you've confirmed that your concern with regards to the migration has been resolved. Also, you've stated that the recharge of Rs.449/- not credited for which we've informed you to wait for 7 working days for the mentioned amount to be reversed. However, you can check with your respective bank or application used while availing the recharge post 7 working days. If still the issue persist, kindly share us the screenshot of the complete bank statement done from the date of the recharge to till date to assist you further.
