[Resolved] Idea — WORST Experience with IDEA 3G Net Connection | |||
Hello I am Deepak Goyal. I have taken a new connection of IDEA Postpaid for internet data card along with IDEA Netsetter. But I didn’t new that I am going to face the worst experience of my life. Initially my dongle was not working due to some technical problem and I visited My Idea Shop (New Market, Bhopal) from where I have taken the connection. They couldn’t solve the problem but made me convince that problem will be resolved within a few days. After that I visited several time that My Idea Shop (3-4 times) before the problem was resolved. Schemes are even not clear to the service representative. They explained the schemes with extremely brief and rude manner as if they are obliging me. They used a lot of their technical terms which are not understandable to a common person. They just made me more confused which leads me to subscribe a scheme which was actually not my requirement. When I contacted Idea Customer care to change the scheme they say you will have to visit My Idea Shop. (For every small task it is compulsory to visit My Idea Shop then why the hell Idea has opened the web accounts of the customer.) Further when I visited My Idea shop they say Schemes cannot be changed till the month complete and I can change the scheme online as well. (All the representative tells different things and procedures are not clear to themselves) Hopelessly I waited for the month to complete and Then again after 2-3 visits I was able to change the plan. (It seems they love the people to visit their shop again and again like Govt. office. No professional attitude at all.) Even after that they are not able to provide the minute details about the plan and data usage for my connection and just try to avoid the query all the times. Finally after two months I decided to quit from the bitter experience of the company. I again (As it is compulsory for Idea Users) visited the My Idea Shop to disconnect the service. Again they made me felt that I have done a great mistake by taking connection of Idea, by saying that it cannot be disconnected now till your bill circle completes. I again waited (Fed up of the vague answers) for the cycle to be completed. Then I visited again and this they say that you have just Two months old connection, It can only be disconnected only after the three months. You have to use it for one more month. (Suppose I don’t need internet any more then also I have to use this data connection for months. (Why don’t Idea People simply say to pay them for one month charge and then they will let us go.) I agree IDEA has the worst 3G service will never buy again
I bought idea data plan for 4gb, and it worked for only one day next day, worked only in 2g, the customer service does not exists at all. The agent asked me to call 198, and I got message "technical difficulties" what s*** service
