Idea — wrong bill

Mera idea ka no. [protected] hai. Mene usme 1599 ka plan lagvaya tha phir jab vo bill mujhe jyada lagne lga tho mene us ka minimum plan karvaya lakin jab mera agla bill aya tho vo phir se 1599 ke hisab se aya. Mein idea office mein gya mein vha phir se kha ke aya plz iss bill ka kuch karo unhone kha aap is baar bhar do mene mna kar diydiya hor kha plz iska min. Plan kar do agle mahine vo bill phir se double ho kar aa gya. Plz mera usage na hone ke karan bhi itna bill. Plz help me to start my no.
