[Resolved]  IDFC Infrastructure Bonds — Non clearance of cheque due to wrong A/c No. on cheque

Sir, I DINESH TUDU, having registered folio no. as IDD0008525 and registered address as B-184/1, RDSO CLY, MANAK NAGAR, LUCKNOW – 226011, received the interest warrant No.405015 for the F.Y. 2014-15 of Rs 1800/- for the account of DINESH TUDU, A/C NO.[protected], INDUSIND BANK LTD. But A/C No.[protected] written on the cheque is not correct; it should be A/C No. 0019C66899001 as mentioned at the time of buying IDFC bonds.So, it is not possible to encash the said interest warrant. I already contacted to Karvy Computershare Private Limited for the same, they have suggested me to return the original cheque and submit the filled NECS form for further online payment with photocopy of pan card and cancelled cheque for A/c detailed by post. As per their suggestion, I had send all the document by post on 06.02.2015, But no action has been taken till date. Therefore, I request you to look into matter and take necessary resolution action.
