In spite of informing and providing all my health details.
I have received an email for my Ielts exam which is scheduled today (speaking -18February 2022) and listening, reading and writing are scheduled for Sunday
I am following up for the cancellation status as I have already provided you with all the documents related to my health for which I am unable to attend the test, I haven't received any revert on the same.
This is the service you provide to the customers. You do have the worst customer service which will not give any information, they just tell you to write an email.
I did follow up daily on you customer care center[protected] but no answer on my request
Furthermore I am warning all the respective departments that if in case today i.e 18 February 2022, no show has been applied for my test then I'll reach out to consumer court for my refund.
