I took the IELTS exam on June 18 from the Ludhiana test centre. The result of the exam was to be declared 13 days after the test date-July 1st, 2016. However, it is July 20th today and my result hasn't be declared. I called IDP's call center and I also chatted with their customer service rep but to no avail. All I could get out of them was a stock reply that the 'result is under investigation'. Seeing the increasing number of complaints against IDP, India on this forum and other complaint boards, their accreditation should be re-evaluated. When registering for the exam the students have no warning that their results can be withheld for days on end. IDP, India is playing with career of students and is totally callous about it. I have been cheated by IELTS IDP, India. They've taken my money are not declaring my result. Was this information helpful? |
