[Resolved] IFB — Abusive language used by your representative

Hi,
I have an IFB front loading washing machine (Senorita DX 5.5 kg). I also have an AMC with IFB authorized service center. My machine broke down on 4th December 2014. I complained to the service center on the same day and it is 16th December today but I am still without any service visit to fix my machine. This is a very sorry state of affair as we buy AMC contract assuming that a quick service will be provided. (Complaint number[protected]
Moreover today when I tried to call IFB representative (Mr Arun from Vaishnavi Enterprises at D 178 Sector 10 NOIDA), he talked to me in an abusive manner using foul language. This has come as a shock and disappointment to me.
As a loyal customer I have the right to complain when in over 12 days I have not received service, but no one has the right to talk to me in an abusive foul language.
I urge you to please take prompt and stern action against the above mentioned service center as it gives a bad name to your otherwise excellent brand.
