We have purchased a IFB Digital 5.5 washing Machine, the warranty got over by 27 Jan 2015. We have applied for a AMC which extended till 12-Dec-2017.

On 07 Nov 2016 the Start Button was not working and we raised a complaint and the same was attended on 08 Nov 2016 and the service engineer informed that the spare parts is not available and he also informed he will be back in 2 days.

On 30 Nov 2016, since the service engineer did not return and we kept calling the customer care but as usual pathetic response from those executives and one more ticket was raised with no.: [protected]. For this ticket an engineer Mr Shiva attended & the display board was changed immediately after the service engineer left when the washing machine was switched on the drain motor was not working. We called the Service engineer he gave a very irresponsible reply. We kept calling the customer care.

Again for the same ticket we kept calling that the drain motor was not working but as usual, pathetic response so we raised one more ticket with number [protected]. This was attended by Mr Vijay Kumar on 14 Dec 2016, once he attended the same, he said that the parts are not available. He said we will get back he will come back once he receives the spare and till date he has not come back.

We again called the customer care and spoke to a executive Mr. Devipress and informed the whole story and he confirmed that someone will call the same day (17 Dec 2016) but as usual not one called. Hence this mail.
This Washing Machine is under AMC and from 6th Nov to 18th Dec (today) the appliance is not working. I am seeing the customer service has become worst to pathetic. There is no mechanism to solve the customer problem. My family has decided that this will be last IFB Product they have bought and they will never recommend IFB to anyone Was this information helpful? |
