IFB — bad customer service from ifb

I m shafin from kottayam, kerala. Sory for this unformal letter. Actually i m angry with the ifb service. We bought a ifb washing machine 3 months ago. It will damaged a month ago. When we contact continously to service centre, they came after 1 week and take the machine to them. After 1 month there is no reply and me very angry to them. Finally they gave me d machine as in the previous stage. That is they didnt do anything to it and say its dry part is damaged so the part will be exported within days. Still there is no reply and contact. What we do. This a situation of an indian consumer. Why they behave like this and what product they made that is damaged within2 months. Please take actions necessary.
