[Resolved] IFB — Charged excess not refunded balance amount | |
I have lodged a COMPLAINT regarding certain problem in my IFB washing machine on 27th, July 2014. to the company on phone and my complaint no. is13439931. The technician from DATAR service DOMBIVALI [AN AUYHORISED ASERVICE CENTRE] has collected wrongly an amount of Rs. 2000.00 for replacing the motor. Since the motor was in working condition I cancelled my order and asked for refund of money after deducting his service charges. The payment was made through an account payee cheque in the name of DATAR ASERVICE. He has not refunded till date even after 3 weeks have already passed. date

3 DAYS PASSED, A VERY SIMPLE MATTER THERE IS NO DISPUTE IN MY CLAIM. ONLY THE EXCESS AMOUNT WITH INTEREST TO BE REFUNDED. I am surprised the the parent company is so incompetent to take any stern action against its own franchisee man. As a result of deliberate delay I am very much upset.

After lodging my complaint simply an acknowledgement has been issued. I have also received two phone calls from the company showing sympathy with me but no body could tell me as what they did in this regard. The matter is as simple as if some body has given a note of higher denomination to take back the excess amount in balance. There is no dispute at all; the service provider has to pay me the excess amount after deducting his due. Since no concrete step has been taken no result is visible. Many of the companies have created a cell for consumer support but actually they support their people only. I would like to hear some thing solid from the company instead of sympathy, mercy or.pity for me. If they are not interested in dealing my complaint. I shall seek some other alternatives to resolve my problem. It would be more better in the interest of their own to resolve my complaint as early as possible with all my damages of time and money.
