I made complaint about a month ago{28/01/2015}. Till date the problem was not solved. I phoned more then 10 times. No good response. Let me know whether this is your way to respect a costumer? I am polite only because of your company name IFB. Very very poor response in Pondicherry reg. Services, . They are only forceing to make AMC and collecting money. After that they are not even considering as a human being.
Do need full. Failing which I will approach media and legal assistance .Please note My machine is under AMC.
