We purchased the above machine and off late it has been displaying P10 error.
We called up the customer care and were sent men from franchise who declared that the display needs either rectification or replacement and were demanding Rs 7, 500 and Rs 12, 000.
When we checked up about my IFB 4 years 100 % warranty, they said display in not covered along with some other parts details of which they could not share.
Customer care also was clueless of the same.
I fail to understand what does this 100 % means and how come franchise, channel partners of companies like IFB can act so naively and doubt on appointment of same
Could you please help in getting across to IFB so that the display is replaced on free of charge basis under warranty.
