Complaint was booked on 18/03/2014. Service persons attended thrice. Now it is one month. still machine is not repaired. last visit was on 8/4/2014. after that no body came . no response when called Kannur office. when contacted toll free, they say that system is faulty, records are not available.
in addition to AMC of Rs 3500/- i have paid Rs 1700/- . but still machine is faulty. this is pure irresponsibility. i have never expected such a response from IFB, which is well known fore its service.
