I have an aqua-energie Digital SX 6 kg washing machine which has been making loud noise. My permanent id no: is 2714546. To solve the matter I called up the toll free no: & spoke to an executive and he promised me to send a technician. The technician just calls to confirm that he's on his way but has never come home to check the WM. He comes at his own convenience to check and then later tells us the specific part is missing & that he would return after some time the same day of the following day! Then when I call up he would keep telling some excuse or the other. He was literally compelling me to take an AMC & after I had taken it no response from him!! He literally avoided all my calls!
Then I had lodged another complaint after 2-3 complaints in one week another technician had come. He came ran the machine for some time & said there is no problem if the noise persists he asked me to call him up again. I called he said he would come the same evening, I called him up in the evening he said he's stuck u somewhere & that he wud come the next day! When I called him the next day he said he wud come in an hours time, I patiently waited for 4-5 hours & called him up after that he said he's nearby that he wud drop in in 30 minutes. Hours passed by he hadn't called n when I called up today he said he's out of town!
This shows the least efficiency of a renowned company! Very bad customer service. Will definitely not recommend IFB to anyone! I feel completely cheated!
Hope my problem will be resolved ASAP!
