Dear sir,
I have renewed the Microwave AMC for 2 years, with the hope that, as and when, any fault happens, the same would be attended on priority. My AMC ref. No. 4180 dated 30.05.2014.
I am residing at Madurai- Chokkikulam.
My complaint number is 12014801 dated 16.12.14.
Till date, the machine is not made alright, although, two times, representatives visited.
No spares are maintained at Madurai Service depot. Everything will have to come from other destinations.
Like a doctor, they will diagnose the problem and return to depot without repairing due to non-availability of spares.
Most junior people (fresh to line) are pressed into service!
This is how, IFB operates Madurai!.
Due to non-maintenance of even the essential spares at Madurai, even the small repair would take a longer time.
Every customer need to follow up nearly 20 to 25 times, to know the status.
I was told, that, IFB had terminated some of the agency for their poor service recently but the statuesque still prevails. Now, the representatives from CBE are attending for Madurai Problems!
Extremely Poor Service!
I am sure, every one, those who had entered into AMC with IFB/Madurai, will face similar problems.
Unfortunately, no higher officials also available at Madurai to take care of this situation.
This is the 3rd occasion, I am facing the similar situation ever since, I had entered into AMC.
Until, the services are improved, IFB products sales will definitely dwindle at Madurai.
By this mail, I would request the senior officials of IFB, to carry out the surprise audit at Madurai, so that, the real situation is known.(complaints Vs the ratification status and period involved)
In a nutshell, it is extremely painful to operate the transactions with IFB service personnel at Madurai.
This requires a top level intervention from IFB to put the things in order..
Will this situation improve?
