[Resolved] IFB — Failure of the Company to redress my complaint . | |||
I had lodged a complaint regarding my IFB Elena Washing Machine on 29.1.14. ( complaint No:[protected]. I have been receiving acknowledgement of my complaint through SMS on a daily basis from 29.1.14 to 22.2.14 stating that "IFB representative will visit shortly", but no one has visited so far. I had re-lodged the complaint on 26.3.14( complaint No:[protected] again acknowledged by SMS from 26.3.14 to28.3.14. No service engineer visited my house to attend to the complaint. I made a visit to the local service centre on 4.4.14, my complaint was recorded, with an assurance that it would be attended within 5.4.14.But to this day 7.4.14- no service engineer has called me. Please note that my Washing Machine is under AMC valid upto 2015.
