[Resolved] IFB — Faulty Washing Machine Faulty

I have purchased new IFB washing machine 1 week back. Since day 1 it is not working or I am not able to use that because whenever we use the machine the power gets tripped. Every time the engineer comes and doesn't check the issue properly. Since it is brand new machine why can't this be replaced ?
