I had purchased a washing machine of IFB of Model no. AW6501RB on May 11'2014.
My consumer id of IFB is 10639284.
At the very starting month of the purchase, we are started to face problem with the machine. Clothes were frequently torn off during the process.
We complaint a number of times. But nothing gone fruitful.
When I lastly told them that I will go to consumer court, they changed the drum & confirmed that the problem will never happen again.
Now again the same problem is being faced by us & they are not supporting anyway.
We are now completely fed up with the product & want refund for the purchase.
Please support for the issue.

Even your executives/ representatives are not picking up the call or replying back even after so many reminders.
I need my refund of whole amount.
Please confirm the date of refund. The machine us useless for me.
