Have been waiting for Tap Adaptor since 28 Nov, 2014:
Have sent several emailer's.
Have made calls to customer care almost every-day since then. Have also called several people refereed by these customer care executives:
1. Mr. Manjanna on his mobile :[protected]. Does not not pick the call.
2. Shree Nidhi Services who were the service providers for the last 6 years in our area => They responded by saying they are no more the service providers for this area.
3. Mr Hemanth Kumar - area co-ordinator
Despite several emailer's, and several calls still no sight of the item being delivered...
Is this what the so called 24/7 customer service one can expect from IFB?
