IFB Home Appliances — Problem in our IFB washing machine

Our IFB washing machine is not working, has some problem from last four days. Complaints were raised four days back and IFB technician visited us and suggested to change few parts. He committed that he will repair it by Sunday (06/08/23), but nothing has happened. I even called him twice yesterday but there was no response.

Today, we contacted again to IFB customer care more than six times, finally they responded and we again raised the complaint but they didn't provide any ticket no or complaint number. We waited full day for the technician, but no one has contacted us till now.

It's quite shocking for me, as I was not expecting such poor service from IFB team. So, pl look into the matter and help to resolve it ASAP.
