IFB — IFB Annual Contract Service - Cheating and Poor Customer Service

I am under annual service contract for my IFB front loading washing machine. I have raised multiple service requests[protected],[protected] to replace the bearing and shock absorber spare parts. Representatives visited my place and said, it will take 45 days to place a request for spare parts replacement. These cheaters didnt say anything about this when they asked for Annual contract cheque..I patiently waited and its more than 45 days.i called up the service head Mr. Sridhar([protected]) last week and he promised me to send his representative on the same day. Its again 4 more days after that..everyone warned me when I opt for IFB saying that "as long as everything goes fine, IFB is the best..but if something goes wrong, your life will be miserable in following up and getting things done.." these guys are proving it again and again and washing machine is not something we can replace just like that..still waiting and hoping that some miracle will happen and these guys will come and replace the spares..
