[Resolved]  IFB — IFB delivered damaged washing machine and denying to replace the defective item

I purchased IFB washing machine as the following model on 8/4/2014

They delivered the washing machine with paint defected condition on its body.
I asked the IFB business authorities, but they are not replacing the defected item with new one.

What is the steps to take legal action on them.
