Dear Sir, I had put complaint before four days and till time no one had visited to my home to solve my complaint and everyday customer care department giving me wrong commitment. Today I had tried to call even Mr, Haresh (who is head of customer care department) but he has not lifted my phone. Please help me to resolve my complaint ASAP.
