My register mobile number is[protected]. I keep on complaining about my Washing machine since 3 months, no resolution provided by you. Some technician is visiting my place and looking the AMC and saying this will not our reason and AMC taken by Bharani and will not attend this call as Bharani taken the AMC like that always they are saying and leaving my place without providing the resolution. My point is who is Bharani, I'm taken the AMC based on the IFB brand not based on the Bharani, I've right to raise the complain with in India and you have to attend the call with in India.
This is IFB, and international company, it has some brand value in the market but you guys are playing like local company with cheap tricks. I really fed-up to call customer care and keep on giving the complaining for same issue. How many time you can take the complaining without provident the resolution.
My AMC till Dec 2015 and since 3 months you people are delaying the time unnecessary, I guess I can say wontedly you are doing this because you guys wants to reach the AMC end date and then you will say AMC over so we can't attend the call like that. Since 3 months I'm waiting and no one has giving the resolution. Some one is saying items is not available story, My question, if items are not available why you guys have taken the AMC for my machine.
You guys are given some number like Jyothi, Usha etc, no one has provided resolution. I spoke to Balbindhar shing, he promised me that he will resolve my problem with in two day. But not happens since 1 or 1 1/2 month even after spoken to him.
My question is are you extend my AMC? I guess your answer is NO. If NO, then why you people are not providing the resolution since 3 months and wasting my duration. I can say your company is cheating me like local companies, I can say I'm not interested to use this kind of words but my experience with IFB is worst. I really lost my patient to keep on complaining
Please verify my complain history since 3 months and also please provide me the list of complain I raised since 3 months.
Please let me know whom shall I escalate this issue.

Not sure why we always reaching customer care, my experience this place is better to complain the issue than Customer care center.
