[Resolved] IFB — IFB Washing Machine - Poor service

This complaint is regarding the poor service provided to washing machine . The product has been out of order for more than a month. I am having an active AMC for the product. One of service Technician, visited the place and just left it as it is quoting he will show up next day with new motor(which he seems to figure out with his expert analysis) . After this, there is no follow up and i have raised multiple tickets : [protected], [protected], [protected]. All the tickets have been closed without any intimation. I wold like to escalate this issue to the higher management. This is not the service which is expected from a reputed company.

Updated by ArjunAruldas The issue in not resolved. The Dryer functionality went completely out of order. New Ticket had to be raised for this : [protected]
