Dear Concern,
I am forced to write this mail as I have been very disappointed by the services meted out by IFB Customer Care.
My Washing Machine had developed a fault which was serviced by Customer Care on 02/05/2015. However after about 10 days, water leakage started from the Washing Machine from below.
As my wife was undergoing surgery, I did not call up your Customer Care as no one would be at home as we were busy with my wife.
I called up IFB Customer Care in their number[protected] on 3 June at 17:54 hours.
I got a call from Mr Samir Naskar from his mobile [protected] on 4 June, 2015 at 16:23 hours and 16:24 hours which I could not pick up as I was busy with some other work. I called back Mr Naskar in his mobile at 17:06 hours. Mr Naskar told me that he had come to my area and as I had not picked up the call, he returned back. I told him that he should have rung the door bell if he had come to my area. I also enquired whether he will come again to which he informed that it is not possible.
On 5 June, 2015 as I received no call from IFB Office or Mr Naskar, I called up Mr Naskar in his mobile at 15:38 hours. Mr Naskar told me that he has not got Job Sheet of mine today and to call Office.
I called up IFB Customer Care at 15:41 hours and Ms Annapurna provided me Kolkata Office numbers[protected] & [protected] and asked me to speak to Mr Kaushik Majumder.
The landline number was not functioning and after repeatedly trying in the mobile got through at 16:21 hours. This mobile was repeatedly busy from 15:42 hours to 16:21 hours. Ms Biswas picked up the line but refused to pass on this line to Mr Kaushik Majumder.
Kindly let me know the following -
(a) If a customer is unable to pick the call of IFB personnel, he will not service him?
(b) If a customer who missed the call of service personnel of IFB, calls up later, the IFB service personnel will not visit again that day?
(3) If a customer who missed the call of service personnel, will not be called again by IFB Office the next day ?
(4) If a customer who missed the call of service personnel yesterday will not be serviced at all by IFB Customer Care till the Customer calls up Office again?
Kindly let me know your response by Monday failing which I will be forced to take necessary action.
