After exhausting my energy in following up with the head of AMC services at Madurai daily, this is the 2nd time, I am lodging the compliant in Web, to capture the attention of the senior officials of this company.
I have entered into AMC with IFB- (for Micro Oven) for 2 years(AMC No 4180 dated 30 05 2014—Madurai Division).
Ever since, I had entered into the AMC with IFB, the my Micro Oven is under frequent break down.
I am residing at Madurai- Chokkikulam.
My complaint number is 12014801 dated 16.12.14.
During the last complaint made by me, the technicians attended the same after continuous follow up.
After repair, the machine worked for just few hours alone.
Once again, the follow up has started.
There are 3 point contact references given. One is Madurai, another is Coimbatore and final authority is Chennai.
Total confusion prevails, as to who is really responsible for carrying out the repair relating to Madurai Jurisdiction.
I am fed up, the way in which, the service complaints are handled.
IFB(Micro Oven) –AMC SERVICES ARE TOTALLY DEAD AT MADURAI.
Request the higher officials of this company to intervene at least by now and resolve it.
Needless to mention, each and every customer, who had entered into AMC contract with Madurai service branch is facing the similar problem.
Only few customers, like me, are representing this, on behalf of entire Madurai Region.
The AMC services are extremely worst & highly deplorable at Madurai.
Can the top officials of this company furnish their direct contact numbers in Web, for the consumers to represent their grievances?.
