My complaint no is 10069569. I had registered a complaint regarding the washing machine on 11th July 2014 and on 12th July a service executive came an checked it and told the bearings have been worn out and need to be replaced.We have AMC and is valid till 11th Nov 2014.On 18th July I went to there office(KARTHIKS -INDIA, Trivandrum) and enquired about it. They told me that the bearings have arrived and they will send a staff the next day.19th July I called them and they said staffs are not free and will let me know. 21st July I went to their office again and enquired and they are saying that they are waiting for the drum has not yet arrived. But I asked them about the drum as they first said only bearings problem and they are not giving me a proper reply.(Maybe they are using my AMC and ordering drum so that they can sell it to other customers).
A service executive came and changed the bearing of my washing machine on 26th and told drum is fine but by evening my washing machine was not working again. I had to call them again and let them know about this and they send someone yesterday(29th July)but this service executive told that the water inlet valve has complaint and will order but it will take 1 more week to get the material and replace.Now see its almost a month since my washing machine is not working.The service and maintenance is very poor.They could have bought and stocked some material so that costumers can be satisfied with the service.
Please let us know if this can be handled in better way or else we will post an add in newspaper about the issues we are facing so that it helps other people in making correct decision. Service center support is pathetic.
