[Resolved] IFB Industries — 18 days wait for washing machine complaint! | |||||
My ifb washing machine model senator smart 7 kg 1200rpm developed a problem on 14th july and did not start the wash cycle, giving the message:'close detergent drawer to start', inspite of the drawer being closed. We put a complaint the next day (Complaint no[protected] and meanwhile contacted the executive who had supervised installation, one mr tiwari. This person came on 15th july and after checking, said that a sensor has to be replaced that indicates that the drawer has closed. Otherwise the machine was fine. He said he would place the order. The technician came after a few days to attend to the complaint and said the same thing. He also promised to order the part. After that, there have been no updates from either tiwari or the technician. It is now 18 days and we have made over 25 to 30 calls to both. They do not pick up the phone except once or twice and the answer was only, "part is not available." we have no updates at all. How long do we have to wait to use our washing machine?? Please help.
