Very poor service..had a breakdown 2 months back..just need to replace a part but even after regular repeated complaints..the service people have not yet resolved my complaint. My product is in warranty. The service people always have excuses for delay in service. I am reminding them from the 8th of July! The head office in raipur here nearest to me..there the people give excuses like the part is not available or the part came for replacement was faulty or they don't have any technician available. They always tell us the next day next day..but here I am still waiting for a descent response.
