Bought new IFB washing machine Oct 2015, washing machine motor affected during Flood on Dec 1st, 2015. they told its not covered in warranty. We have complained about change of motor in the month of December 2015. Logged Many tickets, still poor response from IFB authorised service centre chennai, Ekkathungal . The above machine making lot of problems. So far 12 time 5 technicians attendant this problem but not get rectified. On 19/03/16 I registered a fresh complaint(ticket No. [protected]), no body came till this day. Now I am thinking to approach consumer redress al forum.
