Ac not working properly
1) cooling is very slow, i would say it's worst.
2) it's generating sound.

Also it should be noted that i already reported a complain on 13th of august 2017, but no action taken in spite of my several reminders and calls. Each time they promise to resolve within 48 to 72 hours but its already 9-10 days expired.

Requesting you all to take immediate action.
