I purchased a IFB top loading washing machine on 10/11/2015 on my father Shaik Gouse Basha's name from M/S Happy Home, in Nellore of AP. The shop assistant told that as the next day was deewali holiday, the customer care assistant will come on 12/11/15 and install the washing machine and will give a demo on that. But nobody turned up for 2 days after the said date i called up M/S Happy Home and they said that they have already forwarded the documents to customer care center in Nellore and given a contact number [protected]. From then i am trying to contact through the number to the customer care centre, but it"s answering as switched off.
This showing how the customer care center is neglect about after sales service. One of my uncle also told me before purchasing this machine that the after service of IFB is very poor in Nellore. But by believing the brand image of IFB, i purchased it. After purchasing i Know regretting.
