We own a IFB DIVA Model (Front Loaded) Washing Machine with an AMC for the current year at Bhopal M.P, India. The machine stopped working since 20th Jan 2016, on 21st we launched a customer care complaints for the required service both at global toll free and local office of the authorized service provider. The reminder to the complaint was submitted on 27th again after receiving no response on the complaint. Local service provider was also contacted telephonic on +91 [protected] assuring the required service by next day always after 22nd Jan, 2016. But with no response from the local service center till date i hereby would like to launch a serious complaint.
