[Resolved] IFB Industries — charge without bill | |
I have been using senorita plus washiing machine for past nine plus years.in the month of april'17, due to damage, i got the front door rubber gasket replaced by placing request on ifb customer care. Around fifteen days back, the machine front door got stuck and the gasket got twisted while running a load. I called the service engineer who had changed the rubber gasket. He visited yesterday (20.8.17) and after inspecting the machine told that the machine tub is broken and shocker shoes are also worn out and need to be replaced. Today he came and replaced the same and charged rs.5090/- but did not give any bill/receipt for the same. Rather, he gave an acknowledgement copy of 'urban clap' without any mention of job done or cost. Was this information helpful? | |
