Dear all Ifb not paying proper salaries to their demo executives due to that they stted threatening ladies about defaults of the machine... there main focus on cross sell products not on customer satisfaction and service things... they are allocating customer cases to very rash executives they dont know how to behave with ladies.. being such big brand in the world these sort issues will damage there prestige in the market I purchased washing machine in jan'16 at the time demo executive cross selled almost for 3500/- again after 4 months machine got struckked i raised a complaint one executive by name thirupathi reddy from hyderabad came to solve the issue but is more focus on cross selling his company products not on customer satisfaction Better i suggest all to avoid these sort non sense company products Was this information helpful? | |||
