Hello IFB team.
Am Yogaraj. Am using IFB products washing machine, Microwave, absolutely your products good.
And i recommended your IFB products to my known circles till date.
But definitely I'll stop recommending IFB products anymore.
Because I experienced now the Worst Customer service & Behaviour from your IFB employee from IFB point, Cuddalore.
I am need of fix my issues in IFB Microwave. One of person came. And told us to take AMC for 2 Years. Then in next 45 Days. We will get fix your machine.
We paid it on 10/02/2022.
79 days crossed from the date.
"The Highlight here is Service charge is also paid which is gona do service in future"
But still we not get fixed even a screw on machine.
While we calling the same person. He not even remember about the complaint. I have annexed my proof of payment reciept along with this mail.After clarify about my complaint. He told apology and then we will fix it by next day. No one responded commited day. Then called again. " He told there is no stock on your spare. Then he raising his voice on us. What you want us to do. Wait till Monday. If not we will return your money" is this the customer support speech?
My questions are...
Is this the method of following consumer complaints?
Where the customer support here?
How i can consider & trust those Local Agencies as IFB points?
Are you guys verifying that they have enough stuff to handle customers before giving Frachecies to Locations?
Is IFB having Complaint policies for consumers as per Indian cvc Act?cvc.gov.in
Upon checking to raise the complain about your IFB employee / Customer suport team & IFB point. There is no way to raise our complaint.
Can please take nessesary action to educate your Customer suport team Service Persons / IFB Points. About customer complaints handling. If possible send the your Complaint Handling policy to them to how to handle & behave to the customers.
I can't see IFB consumer "Complaint policy " can pls forward me to gothrough and take up this complaint further.
