Sir/Maam,

I have purchased IFB microwave oven from Amazon this october . I have filed request for demo person / Technician for guiding me as how to operate IFB microwave oven on 11Th october. Since then i keep on following my request up, but none of your customer care employee solving my problem. They say they have updated their data and technician will come next day . But no one has visited my house till date . Please help!
