We have a digitial washing machine of ifb. Same is not working since last 3 months. It is showing error er-03.
A complaint was logged with customer [protected]@ifbglobal and ticket no was issued promptly. We were assured that issue will be addressed within 24 hrs.
This has never happend till this date for the reasons best known to ifb. Technicians from their authorised dealers did visit us and are always bothered to collect their service charges of visit rather showing their interest to address the matter. We would like to know from company like ifb that:-
1. Is that we made a blunder to have ifb brand??
2. Are the technicians through their dealer are competent enough to diagnose the problem and set it right??
3. Is not it for so called customer service of ifb global services to track the complaint whether those have been addressed or closed??
4. Or is it is a case to make customer fool for the collection of service charges for which technicians/dealer/ifb donot have competency to provide true service.
As a customer we never objected/refused to pay any service charges. We are ready to pay charges for parts which needs replacement. But as a customer we are certain that we can definately demand the services from company like ifb.
