[Resolved]  IFB Industries — Complaint regarding bad service and delivered faulty product new air conditioner along with false promises.

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the services provided by IFB Industries Ltd.Invoice bill is attached for more reference. I recently purchased a new split air conditioner from your company, but I regret to inform you that the product was defective and has caused me a lot of trouble and inconvenience.

From the very beginning, I have been facing issues with the air conditioner. It was not functioning properly as the coil of out door unit was brocken (Identified by the Installetion technician team). confirmed that the product was faulty. and when I immediately contacted your customer service team and see unlined process while connecting fail to connect to customer execetive ( Call automatically transfer to txt link for chat bot chat which stuck on otp confirmation) at last i connect with dealer and requested for a replacement, but I was informed that it would take several days for the replacement unit to be delivered. I was already frustrated with the poor performance of the air conditioner, and the delay in the replacement only added to my disappointment. Despite several follow-ups with your customer service team, there was no progress in the replacement process.

To add insult to injury, I was shocked to learn that the replacement unit also had defects and was not functioning properly. This was an unacceptable experience, and I feel that I have been let down by your company's poor quality control and customer service.

I strongly urge you to take immediate action to rectify this situation. I demand a refund or a prompt replacement of the air conditioner without any further delay. I expect that your company will take responsibility for the inconvenience caused and ensure that such incidents do not occur in the future.

I hope that this matter will be resolved quickly and to my satisfaction.
