Am writing to express my deep disappointment and frustration regarding the recent installation of my washing machine purchased from IFB. Despite my expectations and the assurances provided by your sales representative, I was denied the provision of a washing machine stand during the installation process.
On IFB, I purchased a [WM BKG TLSRBR IFB 32950] washing machine from your store (Meenu Sales Agency, Near HPS School, Mandi Dabwali -125104 mob. [protected], [protected]) with the understanding that a washing machine stand would be provided as part of the installation package. During my interaction with the sales representative, it was clearly stated that the stand would be included to ensure the proper installation and functioning of the appliance. I relied on this information and subsequently made the purchase.
However, to my surprise, when the installation team arrived at my home on 06/19/2023, they informed me that they did not have the washing machine stand with them. I explained the prior arrangement made with the sales representative, but they insisted that no such provision had been made for a stand during installation. This contradictory and misleading information from your company has left me deeply dissatisfied with the level of service provided.
The denial of the washing machine stand has put me in an inconvenient situation. As a result, I am unable to install the washing machine properly, and it is currently resting directly on the floor.
