This is regarding my IFB washing machine which ive been using for 2 years. Ive been facing the problem right since the time of installation. The ifb rep who came for installation charged 3000 rs from me in the name of accessories. He also told me to contact him directly for any kind of problems and not to contact toll free number Withing two days of his leaving i started having this problem with the tap adapter falling off again and again during wash. I asked him to replace it then since it was not even a month of installation. However he refused and stopped picking up my calls. Later i spoke to customer executive umpteen number of times but have got very nad response the latest complaint number is [protected] for which I was supposed to get a call back and i haven't got any so far.. Very bad customer service from ifb.
