[Resolved] IFB Industries — Customer care number not answered | |||
I am calling to schedule a visit under an existing AMC. I cannot do that if no one answers my call. I have called multiple times and stayed on hold for as long as 20 minutes with no response. Is there a way for you to please call me back? The AMC expires in a little over a month and if there is no action, there wont b much point to your offering the product in the first place. Why boast of a 24/7 service if you dont honour it? Was this information helpful? | |||
