Hi, This is Yugantar and I purchased IFB split AC on 25th April from local dealer in Gurugram. On the next day, engineer came for the installation and there I got to know that AC was defective as It was not cooling and showing P1 error on indoor unit.
When I talked to dealer about the defective AC delivered, They said that please speak to IFB customer care. I raised a complain on the same day through customer care and they marked it as resolve after 3 days without any action. Then I got area sales Manager number (Nitin) after many calls on customer care and then raised IFB AC Replacement request [protected] through Nitin. But I still waiting response on this request from last 8 days to replace my AC. Was this information helpful? |
