[Resolved] IFB Industries — Defective product | |||
Hello, We bought a IFB washing machine 6.5 KG SDR Aqua on 26th March 2017 from a dealer name - Subhash Chand Ashok Kumar Ambala Cantt. The dealer delivered a brand new piece with full of scratches & without lamination, User Manual & warranty card. The engineer who visited he house for the demo took the photograph of the washing machine & checked with their senior name Mr. Davinder, Mobile No - +91 [protected] to check if they can replace the piece but Mr. Davinder responded stating that they will not replace the piece and asked us to use the same piece. When we tried to reach Mr. Davinder he didn’t pick up the call. The dealer who took the cash Money because he is doing fraud by charging 2% on the Credit or debit card and forcing the customer to pay by cash so that he can evade the government taxes. When asked the dealer to change the piece, he behaved very badly and clearly denied to take the piece back. He also threaten us that do whatever you can do we shall see to it. It looks like that IFB Management & dealer are hand in glove and harass the customers by doing this. We are looking forward for the resolution by replacing the piece else we have to lodge the complaint in the consumer court against IFB & the dealer.. Thanks Vivek Was this information helpful? | |||
