[Resolved] IFB Industries — Degraded the product during paid servce | |||
I taken the company service for IFB Microwave oven grilled 20PG3S model against complaint # 14536733 dated 23/12/14. Company has arranged the service via their authorized service center Sri Ram. To fix the issue, their service representative removed key pad and replaced with non-grilled one. This made my microwave oven as non-grilled without my knowledge. I raised the complaint to fix it and get me back the grilled one as earlier, but they are not responding now. Was this information helpful? | |||
