[Resolved]  IFB Industries — Delay in repairing IFB clothes washing machine and IFB dish washing machine

I have complained several times about repairs to Dish washing machines and clothes washing machines but each time a new executive comes and gives new versions/ statements and insists to take the machines to workshop and takes it to workshop and keeps them for one week and brings them back but the problems still exist. They also charge for the transport every time and since they keep the machine for one week we are put to lot of inconvenience. While taking the AMC they call us several times and pester us to take the AMC and assure us that they will repair the machines at house itself . But after taking AMC they never bother to attend and send a new executive / technician who is not at all trained to even attend / repair small problems and eventually they take the machine to workshop and keep it for several days and return the machines. The problems which is have mentioned can be rectified in house itself. They have been troubling me since several days. Even to deliver detergents / cleaning powders they take several days. The products are not available in the open market. Inspite of taking the AMCs I made to suffer and such small services like supplying detergents, are not being attended by your service centres. While renewing AMCs they offer us moon but after taking AMC this is the situation.
